I'd like to close by addressing technology companies in danger of being on the wrong side of a revolution for better corporate governance in America. Shareholders are mad, and instead you're worried about how your financials will look if you have to account for stock options. Wake up, pals -- people don't believe your financials already, and resistance on this matter might come back to bite you. And bad.
