Bill: I agree -- up to a point. It does seem to me tho' that techies being what they are, there should be somewhere on internet some reasonable discussion of any JAZ problems. Not from the marketing people, but from those people who delight in solving puzzles. I'm going to try a search myself, but I'm not that expert a surfer, and I'd be glad of some help. What I have in mind may be not on the Web. As a first step I'll try DejaNews.
