James, You have me pegged don't you? Yes, it's 10:35pm and I'm home. Kind of a nice rut. Keeps me out of trouble. About the audit, and indirectly to Vic... I am not concerned about the delay, but I can understand why some might be. I doubt very seriously that Franklin would delay it's release for any reason. We all anticipate red numbers for the FY with a fair to substantial improvement in Q1. There would be little to gain by intentionally delaying an important piece of information, and much to lose by doing so. That's my opinion. Bill
