The wonderful thing about DCB's are they can be taken on a case by case basis and are not slaves to market trends in and of them selves but... I believe techs are going to be very fruitful in the next 90 days.. Lots of investors are holding their finger over the "asia Panic" button and many companies will be caught in the stampede unfairly..
