It doesn't address the problems this company has had along the way. It ignores them as if they never existed. It doesn't paint the whole picture very well at all. If you insist upon a more complex header then it has to contain all the information not just selected bits and pieces heavily weighted to one side or the other. You'll only add more fuel to the fire if you do something like that IMO.
