Sue, you asked if this company is well run. That is a difficult question to answer. Management has made a number of financing and business mistakes in the past couple of years, in my opinion. I think they have realized those mistakes and are doing everything they can to turn this company around. Last December they stopped publishing their newsletter which was a big money loser. And the impression I got from talking to Paracelsian's PR firm was that the Board of Directors forced the CEO to step down because they had disagreements with him over the way the company was being run. They are now searching for a new CEO for the company. I think this is a positive development, because quite truthfully I was unhappy with some of the business decisions over the past year.

As far as I can tell, John Babish and Art Koch have developed a good plan to market AndroVir, but it is hard to be certain because my knowledge of the details are sketchy. I have no idea how close they are to finding a new CEO.
