If you want to short into the Fed Cut be my guest.
As for semis, they're going to go down a little. Some more than others. But you'll be in a crowd and covering at the bottom will be dicey. Besides, they're longterm buys. Especially 15% lower. If semis drop 20% I'd buy aggressively. You have an easy 10% though if you're already short.
