Way too much trash on the streets...We had a state policeman killed a few years back by a POS with the ink barely dry on a previous murder conviction. Our juvenile justice system is a joke and our adult system is only marginally better. It should be a bigger issue than it is and those that worry about percentages incarcerated can go love a duck.
