Hi, Michael-

The only encription I have is that provided by my browser. I use Netscape Communicator or Navigator Gold (I have both because some of the programs I access are unable to use the Communicator). I also have an older version of IE, but I only use that as a last resort for programs that insist on some of its features.

Thanks for your thoughts on this perplexing glitch.
