Could also be Dan, that the culture and communication is much better
aligned at CHRT with AMD. CHRT has a very high incentive (recently
CHRT has gone from #3 foundry to #4 foundry in world) to make this
work. BTW Dan, you might want to check to see how many failed JV's CHRT
has had with other companies.
