JDN, please explain about what kind of revenues you expect to see from Pacific Corp. Also, are you saying that you would expect more revenue growth than what I show for the balance of calendar 1997, or for 1998, or both? I am showing 97 mill for core biz plus 25.5 mill in Y2K revs ending 6/98, or a total of 122.5 mill. That seems very agressive to me, not to you? Also, I showed sequential qtrly growth of 15% for the last two quarters, when one could argue that this should be annualized growth. This kind of revenue may require additional acquisitions, which would create more dilution beyond what I've projected. What do you think?
