That should be good news for the stock since the company recognizes it has problems and can take steps to correct them which undoubtdely will lead to roaring sales in the future which will no doubt cause the stock to jump higher in the morning.

Kind of like we got all sorts of problems so we are going to fire 10,000 people and watch the stock jump up 5 pts in the morning.
