Just got back from Semicon. Cymer was showing a 5010 in their booth. Lamda Physik was showing a 248nm, 193nm ARF and a F2 157 nm in their booth. No one was in the Lamda booth. There was four people (without Cymer badges) in the Cymer booth.

The Lambda laser looks a little smaller but the brochure shows that sevice is from both the front and rear. I belive that the Cymer laser only needs to be serviced from the front.

My favorite part of the Lamda brochure is the graph that shows world wide sales and bookings gradually increasing from 92 to 95 with a spurt in 96. The kicker is that there is no $ amount on the graph and no way to gauge if this 40% growth in 96 was on top of $100 or $1000. Also since this is June of 98 I would think they have had time to put the 97 block on the graph, unless it went down?
