Mr. Mark, this board has been so helpful in the past I am back with some questions. I have Win2000 - thanks to this thread - and I notice under add/remove programs it has created hotfix and says to see Q253934 and another one refers to Q280838. I can find no reference to hotfix or Qfiles/folders in by two books or the help file. Do I need to do anything with them?

Before Win2000 I had 3 monitors running under win98se with Riva TNT PCI cards. I have an abit V6 motherboard. Win2000 can handle two new KDS 19" monitors but when I try to add the old Sony Trinitron and the 3rd pci card, win2000 starts up but does not get to the login - then goes blank and if I shut it down it tries to restart again leaving only shutting off the UPS to turn it off. I think this going on is when hotfix was created. Anyway, do the cards have to be in a certain order on the board? computers are networked with linksys box and I have an ADSL connection.

Are there any particular recommended video cards for win2000?

Thanks and take care,

Judy
