AMERICAN FRIENDLY DICTATORS: There are great beauties to American-friendly dictators: -- they can be bought (difficulties with selling, though) -- they are often ruthless and can DELIVER what you want -- when their time is up they can be pensioned off to exile and a new deal made with the next incumbent It is MUCH more efficient than dipomacy, which takes a lot of time and the people with whom you are negotiating are DIFFICULT because they think they are are actually IN CHARGE of their little corner of the world. AMEWRICAN-FRIENDLY DICTATORS on the other hand: -- know what you want -- haggle only about the price -- only want you to leave them alone while they bring their part of the world "in-line" Thus is the process of democracy advanced in the world through the "AMERICAN WAY". Except for Communist pinko bleeding-heart liberal traitors who could possible be interested in diplomacy when a MUCH MORE EFFICIENT SYSTEM (tried and proven) is available?
