Would he be able to express himself in Russia like this? Just because one empire - Anglo-American/NATO - continues to be an empire - does not justify that Russia can get back to being an empire. Russia is already the largest country in the world. If its does not consider it safe enough now, how would it be safer with Ukraine added to it? Its boundaries with potential adversaries are only going to expand. -Arun
