Allen,

What hasn't gone up this last week? IOMG hit $27 today (closed around $22) when it was at just $14.5 a week ago. PRST got up to $70 even though it traded at around $60 last week. USRX was at $50 two weeks ago. Now it's at $70. I could go on but what's the point. It's very hard to name a tech stock that hasn't gone up this last week. Basically, it's been a bad time to be short.

AOL started going up when it "relaunched" on the NYSE and had some good publicity. Then, it rode the wave up to $35 with all the other tech stocks. I doubt that AOL will go up any further. You've already read what other people think about AOL (pro and con). I think that AOL has lots of competition which will hurt its earnings and cut its growth rate. There was a recent article (in the New York Times?) reporting that more people connect to the Internet through ISPs than on-line services (a large shift from a year ago when it was the other way around). I think this article was posted on this thread a few days ago. Once earnings come out, I think you'll see AOL back under $30 (my guess is $25-$26). Good luck.
