Hi Carl: I'll have to get you the name of a Texas Lawer who is taking on class action cases, it might be awhle before it gets into the court room, but from what I'v seen when they do they will win. I was thinking of signing up just to get in on it, but with my knowledge I could not honestly say I was dubed..as I'v been so negitive on AOL that the jury would frown on me, In my case it would be like stepping in front of a car to get hit just to sue the guy, <G> and I'm rotten..but not that bad.
