Hi Craig: big deal..they will still have a 16 bit winsock !
sure the X2 will help the AOL users maybe come to about 2/3rd
of what I can do on 33.6..I noticed in their review they said
28.8 was standard..that shows how retarded they are in their
thinking..33.6 has been standard for over a year..and 32 bit
for over 2 years. So they will claim some big break through,
and increased preformance..but the yard tick they will be using
is aginst their own system, the way they will measure it will
not be outside the AOL system, were 32bit 33.6 will still be eating
them up. The x2 is not going to help the 16bit system, data will
transfer faster..but you may as well use a 386 to read that data
if they stay with the 16 bit system..and at this time I don't think
they can change that.
