Yes, that's true for the second quarter. Actually, I believe they said "flat to slightly down." But they were reported as up for the first quarter. So overall, I would take that to mean that in the last six months, even with OEM sales rising, tie ratios have NOT decreased, and have probably increased, relative to the first six months of last year.
