I thought I saw a report of a second anthrax case (one spore in the lungs of a coworker of the first victim) this morning.

Has anybody seen stats on how many cases of anthrax there typically are in the U.S., and whether they tend to be clustered?

It has a 45 day incubation period, I read somewhere. That would mean that it was contracted around late August. Did these terrorists rent a plane around that time in South Florida?
