With current 1.8B/Y and 5X (to be generous) it may be worth $9B. That is not bad. Still, how are things going for BMY, one more main failure with Opdivo (and that is not impossible), stock is going down to ~40. And CELG *bag-holder* will be very unhappy with it.

PS: I sold my BMY share the day they announce voting results. Or day before, whatever.
