I'd say Scott Ritter has fewer such issues than Bill Clinton and his Lolita Express buddy Epstein, and Prince Andrew [who does not exhibit VVVs despite being a direct descendant of said glorious Victoria]. Scott Ritter was cleverly entrapped.by a fake young woman pretending to be interested. I doubt he has done anything with underage women, though I guess he was interested so was on-line looking for young women.
Are there WMDs 40 minutes away? "Hey look, Scott Ritter got caught sexting police entrapment so that proves Saddam has WMDs ready to launch, and Scott Ritter is wrong. Let's roll!".

During the SI Great Globalstar Memorial Day Massacre, I was contacted via SI messaging offering to set up a website way of calculating how many shorters there were or something. I declined as I was not interested and pointed out to them that it was likely such a thing was illegal. It only occurred to me later that it was a trap. More gullible or less honest people might have been caught. A day or 3 later, our phone rang, it was a female American who asked "Is this Maureece Winn"? I affirmed so. She hung up. A couple of minutes later, my computer hard drive started spinning. I was wide-eyed looking at it. I hope so much it was USA investigative computer geeks searching my wide open computer [I had no idea about computer security] because my computers are as clean as a whistle. I've never even clicked on a porn site or done anything that would remotely be a problem [I write it all right here in SI]. So my hard drive would have been very boring for them. I would have had a message lying in wait for them if I'd thought of it "Secret Files" and put something in there specially for them.
A lonely fool approached by a clever policeman disguised as a young woman with the hots for said lonely fool might get led on. Prince Andrew was certainly keen to get involved. Many men have lived to rue the day they were led by their gonads into entrapment - with the cynical joke, "Avoid the whole marriage/divorce process = go for a walk, find a beautiful woman, tell her you hate her, and give her your house".
Scott Ritter makes a lot of sense, obviously knows a lot, and I have not heard anything from him that I've thought was a load of bollocks. He has agreed with me on what I've previously concluded, so he has a pretty good track record. I believe what he says ahead of what the "disbanded" USA Office of Disinformation says about the Ukraine WWIII conflict. RT is generally good too.
