Whatever happened to WIN-TV and Orion Industries? 1) Whatever happened to WIN-TV and Oilex's investment in 149,200 shares of preferred stock valued at $2.5 million? "New management acquired 149,200 shares of preferred stock in a private corporation named WIN-TV. WIN-TV is under contract to exchange its assets for controlling interest in an American Stock Exchange Company. The WIN-TV preferred stock owned by OLEX is valued at $2.5 million." (From letter to shareholders posted by Oilex on its old home page.) 2 What ever happened to Oilex's attempted acquisition (August 1995) of Orion Industries a d/b/a of Orion Petroleum, Inc.?
