Jack Pester Board Member and PROFITEER Must Resign He Doesn't Represent Anyone's Interest but His Own !
When does EEE have Board Members who work for The Stakeholders and are not Profiteer's like Jack Pester?

He must be forced to resign , Now?

Pester made decisions for himself while selling stock as fast as possible that shareholders in EEE gave him for work done for EEE?

What work ,selling free shares?

If the man had One Ounce of Pride he resigns from The Board today his work was a complete failure except for his pocket book ! !

Every time the Bastard was contacted when stock was in terrible trouble he would hang up? Pester is supposed to work for stakeholders and not his Own Self Interests ! !

Exchange: Evergreen Energy is out of compliance
Denver Business Journal
Evergreen Energy Inc. said Thursday the New York Stock Exchange Arca Inc. has notified the company it’s not in compliance with the exchange’s minimum standard that the average closing price of a listed company not fall below $1 per share for 30 consecutive trading days.
Evergreen Energy (NYSE Arca: EEE), a clean coal company, is based in Denver.
Evergreen said it’s exploring alternatives for being in compliance with the standard. The company’s common stock will remain listed on the NYSE Arca exchange under the symbol “EEE,” but will be assigned a “.BC” indicator to show it’s out of compliance with continued listing standards.
Evergreen has 10 business days to tell the NYSE Arca that it intends to return to compliance and how that will be done. Evergreen has six months from the notification date to meet the minimum standard or be subject to suspension and delisting from the exchange.
