The Company sells vitamins and nutritional supplements directly to the public under the "Vitamin Factory" label. The Vitamin Factory sells a variety of vitamins and nutritional supplements, of which over 350 are sold under its own label, most of which are manufactured by Manhattan Drug. Vitamins are sold as single entity supplements, in multi-vitamin combinations, in varying potency levels and in different packaging sizes. Products are sold domestically and internationally through direst mailings, catalogs and the Company's Internet web sites (www.vitafac.com) and Vitality Medicine. The Company recently began accepting secured orders for products over the Internet. Internationally, the Company sells through independent sales representatives and local distributors. The Company has over 60,000 customers worldwide.
