Zeev, Just checked EK's revenue numbers. Sales Q4 to Q1 in the last three years have declined 22%, 13% and 18.5%. Much larger than their overall sales decline. I may be jumping to conclusions, but it appears that as long as SanDisk is tied to photography as it's primary marketplace, it may be subject to a significant first quarter seasonal demand issue. The good news is that second quarter revenues at EK always snap back. FWIW, John
