Mike,

Have you noticed that every year (just before the Annual Meeting), we get fed these table scraps in an attempt to justify the continued existence of this company (not to mention their overpaid executive positions (based on past performance))?

The last 'Announcement' was many months ago.


Let's read between the lines :

"IDC has a long standing reputation for its technical expertise and innovation in producing advanced satellite communications products"

Really Should Be :

"IDC has a longstanding reputation for shafting its
shareholders using its technical expertise to pull
the wool over their eyes and innovation in producing excuses to advance their salaries using satellite communications methods and products which have limited markets"

-----------------------------------------------------------

"For more than 15 years, we've taken great ideas and turned them into world leading products that answer the needs of our clients."

Really Should Be :

"For more than 15 years, we've taken great ideas and turned them into money losing products that answer the needs of a very few clients (but not our shareholders)."

------------------------------------------------------------

"We currently have more than 25,000 installations in 35 countries worldwide as proof of our success."

Really Should Be :

"We currently have more than 25,000 installations in 35 countries, yet we still are losing money in this business (worldwide). As proof of our inability to find success, just look at our share price."
