I hope you did not proceed with buying SYQT as you suggested. The
company is on the verge of extinction, cutting 60% of its work force.
That is certainly a good news for me as an IOMG holder.

As for CATS - a good news is that its A/D retio has moved up from D
to C, which means from bearish to neutral. Also, the stock is testing
its recent low and rebounded today on low volume. All I can say now
is HMMMMMM....
