Ellen, you are mincing words. The company is not in compliance of required SEC RULES AND REGULATIIONS. The company is required to file a current 10-K, within 90 days of the fiscal year end(June 97). The company also failed to comply by filing a 10-K/nt, to let us know they would be late, state the reasons why, and effectively give them a 15 day extension. All said and done we should have had a 10-K filing by Sept 15th 97. It is interesting to note that 1996 10-k was filed on mar.27 1997, so were still better off than last year< ROFL>. Now can you suggest why there is no filing? please see my post from early this morning-perhaps you can take a stab at answering some of the questions I put forth.. DD
