Moderna (NASDAQ: MRNA) revealed in a filing that CEO Stephane Bancel bought a total of 160,314 shares of the company for a total value of $5M. Following the transaction, Bancel now holds 21.26M shares of the company. Meanwhile, Paul Sagan, director at the company, purchased 31,620 shares of the company for $31.76 per share for a total value of $1M. Sagan now holds 494,133 shares of Moderna.
