Duncan, I think we AOL bears should not demonstrate such irrational exuberance over the lawsuits. They usually take so much time that my puts, though out far enough, will long expire before they see a courtroom, if ever. So, from a more selfish stand point, I am looking for more immediate impact.

I have looked and asked many times, still don't know where the $350 million is coming from. This lawsuit is going to make it much harder for AOL to borrow, issue stock, bonds or whatever to raise money. AOL has to be facing a severe cashflow problem TODAY. They have demonstrated in the past how they juggle numbers but this time around, no one is going to believe them. CASE's credibility got to be close to zero by now.

Any vendors out there that sell to AOL? Are you having a tough time collecting, similar to the poor subsribers that wants a refund?
