Buffalo Diamonds has reached an agreement with New Claymore Resources whereby NCS has agreed to amend the option agreement of Sept. 10, 1998, between Buffalo Diamonds and New Claymore to provide that rather than having spent $400,000 on exploration by Sept. 10, 1999, and a further $600,000 by Sept. 10, 2000, Buffalo Diamonds is instead permitted to spend $500,000 by March 17, 2000, and a further $500,000 by March 17, 2001.
In consideration of this extension, Buffalo Diamonds has issued to New Claymore 50,000 common shares of Buffalo Diamonds. These shares were issued at a deemed price per share of 30 U.S. cents. New Claymore is at arm's-length to Buffalo Diamonds.
