I received a research report from a company called ECR (248) 346-2700 and they listed five things they called "key factors & thoughts to ponder". Discussions pending on use of the Mentor Managed Distance Learning System for Intel Corporate training 2) U.S. West has expressed an interest in hosting, developing and co-branding Mentor On Call on the U.S. West ISP network which connects most universities, schools and corporations in the mid-west. U.S. West is a regional Bell Operating Corporation 3) Drake International, a human resources multi-national with a worldwide corporate presence is taking a warrant for purchase of common stock in MNOC and will test Mentor On Call as a possible e-learning engine for Drake International 4) There is a North American distance learning market of U.S. $1.75 Billion that Mentor On Call is currently emerging into 5) Drake International is a corporate sponsor of MNOC
