When that whole FLA episode was happening , there was newsletter or email group that went by the name CIA or something like that. Anyone remember them , or know what happened to them ? If I remember correctly , the main characters name was Chris. He had another associate at the time, who had a similar service in Toronto , name escapes me. But why I remember the episode , for this fellow was about the first person to be closed down by the Ontario Securities Comm., for internet hyping of stocks. At the time I shook my head, for he probably wasn't doing anything near what the two bit promoters had been doing for years. Chelakis at the time had been involved with a promoter from the west by the name of Smith who had quite the questionable connections. trade15
