Dalenergo confirms readiness for realization of the project of centralized heat supply
At present in Open Society " Dalenergo " the plan according to which works on connection of the houses located in area of Cape Egersheld, to system of the central heat supply and replacement of boiler-houses by thermal items(points) will begin already in the near future is developed.
In this connection, the application(statement) of a management(manual) of Open Company distributed on March, 21 " Boiler complex " does not correspond(meet) to the validity. Open Society " Dalenergo " once again emphasizes, that the power company has all resources for realization of the given project.
The unique factor, preventing to start realization of the project, absence of the contract from Open Company " Boiler complex " which alongside with others 13 boiler-house heats cape Egershelda is. The contract has been developed by Open Society " Dalenergo " on the basis of the decision of administration of Vladivostok ? 609 from 31.12.04. We shall remind, this decision the mayoralty has transferred since January, 1, 2005. Open Society " Dalenergo " of function of charge and gathering of money from the population receiving warmly from municipal boiler-houses which are part of Open Society " City thermal networks ", and also departmental boiler-houses. The contract has been coordinated, including with a management(manual) of Open Company " Boiler complex ". On March, 14 the coordinated contract has been directed for the signature of administration of a boiler complex.
Now the question will be settled at a level of administration of city of Vladivostok, acting as one of initiators of connection to the centralized heat supply.
Open Society " Dalenergo " is ready to start a practical stage of realization of the project as soon as all disagreements between the parties(sides) will be liquidated.
