Great post as usual, this is a very important point you mentioned that most folks completely overlook and which really makes the higher targets not so unthinkable:

POG's only at something like what ?... $175 in 1980 $ adjusted terms ?

As for me, I am in the midst of long work hours and a fast moving renovation project which is requiring time from me also. Hence my posts will be rare for a few more days.

Thankfully I feel no need TA or FA-wise to do any ST PM stock trading at this juncture, unlike in months past. Thankfully for two reasons, it is now unnecessary as explained next sentence and I do not have the time right now, ggg. Reasons you have outlined in your recent posts, plus, finally, my own satisfaction at the tape and TA moves, are going to leave me no choice (and no regrets) but to be long and strong at least Intermediate Term.
