Hello David:

1. I hate to see those poison pill deals. If management is any good, they don't need them. If management needs protection from their stockholders then I guess they stick the stockholders with them and thereby limit stockholder returns in favor of their jobs.

2. My brother just went through VIDA's training session and seems quite impressed. There are other ways of doing what they do but those other ways are all more invasive and more risky. He is looking for more info on the outcomes of their proceedure and looking into the reimbursement situation. The device is a fairly expensive disposable. Some of these damned fool health care plans we now have may not pay for the devices unless the proceedure is done in a hospital O.R., which, of course, would defeat the cost savings to be obtained by using VIDA's product in an office setting or in an outpatient surgery suite.
