I found it interesting that the potential seller was the CFO. A form 144 was filed at the SEC according to the Washington Service by Bennett Marks on 11/29. I don't have the link, but he filed to sell 35,000 shares. Form 144, as I understand means he may or may not inevitably sell those shares.

Alot, of potential reasons he might be selling. (Taxes, window for an insider to sell, management changes, etc.) My concern was that if he thought the price of the stock would jump soon why would he be selling at the end of the year. In my book, that means a big no on the buyout unless he is leaving the company soon etc. Anyway, I've been picking up shares all over the place down here as I agree that this stock is oversold and resistance seems to be in this area. I'll be profitable if this thing gets over 11. I've heard the pressure on the stock is really from tax related selling. Who can blame them?

I guess I'm really wondering what happened to the "breakout year" Blue promised? We signed a bunch of nice connectivity agreements but our presence on the street is basically zero. It's time people noticed the company. Have a good one.
