Congrats on a well put together piece, worthy of consideration. No doubt the Chinese are well aware of the dangers, having witnessed Russia's demise, and they probably believe they are smarter and can avoid the pitfalls. But I have no doubt that a plan for regime change and democratization of China exists to finally achieve true globalisation. And as you pointed out, it would ensure US financial hegemony. And financial hegemony is the underlying foundation for military hegemony.
