The meatloaf problem is not major trouble for BOST in the long term. Yeah its not good for them short term. But this is a Hudson problem, not a BOST problem. They did what they had to do by pulling it and all liability is Hudson's. Earnings this quarter will probably be dented but long term no problem!

The following signals buy to me. These things always turn out to be bogus. But they bring the price down and great buying opportunities. So if your scared off by it, sell! I'll take all your shares cheap:

From: AOL News
BCC: Semcominc

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 1997--YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED
that a Class Action has been commenced in the United States District
Court for the District of Colorado by Alf Silkeberg and Marianne
Silkeberg on behalf of all purchasers of Boston Chicken, Inc.
(Nasdaq: BOST) common stock and publicly traded debt securities
between February 6, 1995, and May 28, 1997, inclusive.
The Complaint charges Boston Chicken, certain of its officers and
directors, and Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc., Merrill Lynch & Co., and
Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc., the underwriters for certain public
offerings of common stock and debt securities, with violations of
federal securities laws. Among other things, plaintiff claims that
defendants issued a series of materially false and misleading
statements regarding Boston Chicken's financial condition and results
of operations that artificially inflated the price of Boston Chicken
common stock and debt securities.
Plaintiffs seek to recover damages on behalf of themselves and
all other purchasers of Boston Chicken publicly traded securities
during the class period, excluding the defendants and their
affiliates. Plaintiffs are represented by several law firms,
including: Fine, Kaplan and Black of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania;
Lockridge Grindal Naven & Holstein, P.L.L.P. of Minneapolis,
Minnesota; Keller Rohrback L.L.P. of Seattle, Washington; and
Bailey, Harring & Peterson, P.C. of Denver, Colorado. These law
firms have extensive experience in prosecuting class actions, and
actions involving corporate fraud.
If you are a member of the class described above, you may, not
later than 60 days from June 24, 1997, move the court to serve as
lead plaintiff of the class, if you so choose. In order to serve as
lead plaintiff, however, you must meet certain legal requirements.
