Joel, are you remotely suggesting that AOL says they are going to spend $350 million but they are actually not!!! That would be lying and the board/officers can be sued. Oh, I forgot, so what is the big deal with one more suit. Seriously, the numbers will finally crash AOL. It can be any type of numbers - earnings revision/downgrades, subscriber retention, actual marketing cost, amount of refunds etc..... AOL, come clean now, tell us your current membership. Ramsey
