Heyy PA,
Yes, that or as is very common these days, very talented brilliant
people come on board for a piece of the pie eg: work for options at
the same time taking in a lower base. While in no way am I saying
that is what this company is doing as it is all conjecture until we hear
from the company, there is nothing like vestiture to spur one's
