Could be right, could be wrong. Notice the story says "...according to Digitimes Research". That means
"in their judgement". This earlier story thinks 2016 Q1 was 14.8 M smartphones: techtimes.com
Were they to do the 15M each quarter, the 60M would come a lot closer to the 80-100M you talked about.
