Sure, and Qualcomm in '99 was even better that that but I dont think either example matters. You only get so many opportunities on that scale and in the mean time, I think Apple is going to offer a very good risk to reward ratio over the next 18 months.

The key is the valuation. You can scale into a trade without much worry about the bottom falling out of the PE.
