Nice comment at the end of CNBC market program this evening; after a long segment on the ever deeper dive into the Enron cesspool, Kudlow (or Kramer?) mentioned Lucent as a company who's BOD is (now) a leader in making sure accounting and other activities are being done the right way (please excuse my obvious paraphrasing; it's the thought that counts <grin>).
