Skipard, Roger,
Iwas at the CES very early last Sat. and there were very few people there yet. My opinion of the new products are high marks. I am not a NASCAR fan but the product seemed well thought out. More than the NASCAR I think the Trail Burner game had a great design in that it stears and function very much like a cross bike. Both look like solid sellers considering what the buyer gets for the money in the price range and copared to Tigers same game ,different sticker aproach to marketing. I liked the Soccer and Roller Blade concept that the faster you spin the flywheel the faster the game. Again a more then push the buttons concept. The Casino and Heritage Games have some great looks to them, ie Poker Lite and Solitaire Lite are very sharp and the addition of the Lite will keep sales going in 98 IMO. BUT the BIG ONE is the Junior Bass Fishin in my opinion. This hits square in a new group. 5 yr olds can play this VERY FUN game. Who will buy this? Every Dad that has a regular or Lunker Bass. Very well done from the color to the shape, sounds, and degree of difficulty.
FWIW
