I wasn't watching but if the NDX closed lower at 4pm than 10:45am you should be a winner. Could you have bought the wrong one? Velocity instead of Venture? I had one instance in my account that a trade that I thought I had made did not show up. I suspect that in my haste I clicked cancel instead of submit at the last moment, and I did not print any confirmation screen. On another occasion my order was too late to make the cutoff and I got the end of the day price. I sure do like RYDEX and the twice a day feature.
