Maurice, notwithstanding how much a firm is willing to pay for spectrum, isn't it still true that CDMA2000 will cost less to operate and perform better than WCDMA? If so, what advantage could any firm see to starting with GSM and moving to WCDMA? The only advantage I can see is what gets paid under the table. Sooner or later, a lot of firms, domestic or overseas, will see that there are benefits from dealing with an honest person like IJ. Just a matter of time IMHO.
