Some bad news -- according to IKN, the new Minister of Energy and Mines last week stated "consensus is required with the community of San Juan in order to develop the gold mining project in that community", the gold mining project being Romero. Our hope was that the new administration would overrule the unflagging opposition to Romero from San Juan, but it doesn't seem that is going to happen. LC
